We catch up with New York’s rising reggae/rap star of IDGAF fame after his Dej Loaf flip started trending on our charts!
Who are you?
I’m Shotta Sho. The Original Rudeboy. Born in New York, representing Brooklyn and Barbados. Bringing something new to the music industry.
How did you get into making music?
When I was younger living in Barbados me and some of my friends would always play around making songs here and there. That’s when I found my passion for music. People kept telling me I was good, so after that I decided to actually take it seriously.

What’s the inspiration behind the song and music video?
Inspiration behind the video was to show my fans one of my studio sessions. Giving them insight into how i create my music. Without them I wouldn’t be here.
What should fans look out for?
Fans should look out for collaboration mixtape from me and Jaye Gems called “Catch Me If You Can” coming soon, before the end of the year. Also I’m working on a few solo mixtapes and my EP.
